Toddler A (12 months - 18 months)

Toddlers are little busybodies. At Tutor Time, that’s okay. We balance individual attention with group activities and ensure that your toddler is using all that energy in productive ways. From trying all the playground equipment to pouring cereal, we give toddlers plenty of opportunities to investigate, explore and play in a safe, secure, yet stimulating environment. Our unique blend of education and care meets emotional needs while promoting good social skills and learning. And new concepts are introduced when your child is ready, not on a set timeline.

Hello! My name is Aleisha Doupoula. I have been a teacher at Tutor Time since November 2007 and I have earned an associate degree from Brookhaven College. I am married with a two year old son. Some of the activities that we enjoy doing in the Toddler A class include sensory experiences, small manipulatives, fine and gross motor skill development, shape recognition and counting. We also have lots of fun singing and reading to build a child’s vocabulary. I find joy in watching the children learn, day by day, and it is my goal to start them on the path towards success.
