Ms. Kristen

Team member since: July 2007

My name is Kristen. I have been a Preschool teacher at Tutor Time since July of 2007. I am originally from Sterling Heights, Michigan but moved to Texas in 2007. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Oakland University. I have experience teaching children from toddlers to the elementary school level. I truly enjoy working with children and seeing their smiling faces everyday! I do everything I can so the children can learn and, at the same time, have fun. Some of the activities we do with the children in Preschool along with the Tutor Time curriculum are letter and number recognition, practice writing our name, science and cooking experiments, sensory play and art projects. I am very passionate about teaching and feel very fortunate to be part of helping children achieve their fullest potential!

Team member since: February 2010

Hello! My name is Kristina Flores and I have been a Preschool teacher at Tutor Time since, February, 2010. I am originally from Denver, Colorado where I attended a Community College . My family and I moved here in 2004. I am a mother of two beautiful daughters Antonia and Marisela. As a mother, I realize how truly great children are. The way their growing minds think, amazes me! Their imaginations, forgiveness, and pure simple view of the world, bring me great joy! I have spent several years working with kids as a children’s photographer as well as being a volunteer soccer coach. Now, I have been given the opportunity to help them shape their future. My goal as a preschool teacher is to encourage and prepare the children both academically and socially.
